The Furtive 4 exist in a world where superheroes are feared and considered vigilante scum, no matter how much good they actually do for the community.
Because of this precarious situation, they are at odds not only with criminals, but the very law they strive to uphold.
They operate in secrecy; appearing out of nowhere and swooping down to save the day whenever the innocent are threatened.
